Guided tour of the Roman Villa, one of the most important archaeological sites in the Tuscan Archipelago. The archaeological complex stands on a promontory overlooking the Gulf of Portoferraio, commanding the stretch of sea between the Piombino coastline and the town’s harbour. Long referred to as a ‘villa’, its identity may change in light of the latest excavations.
We will explore this topic further with the Park Guide during the tour.
At the end, a light aperitif will be served against the backdrop of the majestic panorama.
