- Guided tour of the Roman Villa “Bagni di Agrippa” and the Museum
Arrival in Pianosa with an introduction to the island and start of visits to the Museum of Geological and Archaeological Sciences and the “Bagni di Agrippa” archaeological site. The recently enhanced route allows you to explore the interior structures of the Roman villa, observing ancient floors and remains of wall paintings at close quarters, accompanied by the Park Guide’s historical and naturalistic commentary. Duration: 3 hours (total time on the island approx. 6 hours) – Difficulty: easy. Cost: €65 full price, €50 reduced (5–12 years).
- Mountain bike excursion and visit to the Agrippa branch
Arrival in Pianosa with an introduction to the island, collection of bikes and a brief overview of the route. The route passes through the old prison compounds and leads to the entrance of the “Agrippa” maximum-security prison, offering stunning views and an account of the island’s natural and human history. Duration: 2 hours 30 mins (6 hours on the island) – Difficulty: easy. Cost: €65 – Minimum age: 12 years.
- Hiking excursion
An easy circular route, exploring the island’s historic prison structures and its natural, geological and archaeological features. Duration: 2 hours (6 hours on the island) – Difficulty: easy. Cost: €65 – €50 (5–12 years) – free for 0–4 years.
